The location

Located on the outskirts of the city at the foot of the Mt. Schönberg it is an ideal starting point for walks and hikes.

The tram stop Vauban-Mitte (line 3) is about 100m away, from here you have a direct connection to the central station and to the city (15 Min.)

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

2 Washingmachines and a dryer are in the common laundry room in the basement.

It is a passive house ( Passivhaus im Zerohauskonzept) with innovative technology incorporated into the house.

There is a large playground outside the building. Vauban is a very friendly quarter for children. There is nearly no traffic in the area around the house.

This is a non smoking apartment: Please don´t smoke in the apartment.

The bicycle shop where you can rent a bike is not far from the house.

Both apartments are situated close to each other..
